2. The Services
Witty Worx
Witty Worx is an AI-assisted marketing platform designed to assist businesses with marketing activities which may include research, strategy, copy, creative content, social media support and performance analysis.
Trust Boost
Trust Boost is a subscription-based service designed to assist businesses with their online trust, reputation, customer engagement and related digital activities as described on the applicable product page.
The precise features included in each subscription are those displayed on the relevant pricing or subscription page at the time the subscription is purchased.
Loyalty Optimizer
Loyalty Optimizer is a subscription-based customer loyalty and retention platform designed to assist businesses with creating, managing and optimising loyalty programmes, rewards, offers, customer engagement and related retention activities.
The precise features included in each subscription are those displayed on the relevant pricing or subscription page at the time the subscription is purchased.
3. Subscription
Loyalty Optimizer, Witty Worx and Trust Boost are offered as monthly recurring subscription services, unless a different subscription period is expressly stated before purchase.
There is no minimum long-term commitment where a customer selects the monthly subscription.
The customer pays for one subscription period at a time.
4. Pricing
The full subscription price will be clearly displayed before payment.
The price displayed at checkout will state whether any applicable taxes, fees or other charges are included.
No additional recurring charge will be imposed unless it has been disclosed to and accepted by the customer.
5. Recurring Billing
By subscribing, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription fee to your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.
The renewal price will be the price applicable to your subscription, subject to any lawful price changes notified to you in advance.
6. Configuration and Installation
Loyalty Optimizer, Witty Worx and Trust Boost are not activated immediately upon payment.
After payment for configuration and installation has been received, Tash Digital will contact you directly to begin the configuration process.
This process may include and not limited to:
discussing your business and requirements;
confirming the services and functionality required;
gathering information necessary to configure the platform;
defining your plan and intended use;
configuring relevant features, settings and workflows; and
completing any necessary setup before the service is made available for active use.
The timing of activation will depend on the completion of the required configuration process and the customer's provision of information reasonably required by Tash Digital.
Payment for configuration and installation initiates the onboarding and setup process. It does not mean that the subscription service becomes operational immediately upon payment.
Tash Digital will communicate with the customer during the configuration process and confirm when the applicable service is ready for active use.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription.
To prevent the next monthly subscription charge, a cancellation request must be submitted at least 7 working days before your next scheduled subscription billing date.
Cancellation requests may be submitted through the cancellation facility provided within the service, where available, or by emailing:
A cancellation request should include sufficient information to identify the subscriber and subscription.
Where a cancellation request is received fewer than 7 working days before the next scheduled billing date, that billing cycle may already have been committed for processing.
In such circumstances:
the next monthly subscription charge may still be processed;
access to the service will continue for that additional paid subscription period; and
cancellation will take effect before the following monthly renewal.
This 7-working-day requirement is an administrative billing cut-off and does not limit any cancellation or other right that a consumer may have under applicable South African law.
No further subscription payments will be charged after the effective cancellation date.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Witty Worx & Trust Boost Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Subscription fees are not ordinarily refundable merely because:
the customer changed their mind after configuration or service delivery has commenced;
the customer did not use the service;
the customer used only part of the subscription period;
the customer submitted cancellation after the applicable billing cut-off;
the customer forgot to cancel before renewal; or
the customer no longer requires the service.
This does not affect statutory rights to a refund, remedy or other relief under applicable South African law.
9. Reporting Problems
Customers experiencing a problem with:
their subscription;
billing;
payments;
cancellation;
configuration;
installation;
account access;
service availability;

corrected or remedied; or
. an appropriate refund or partial refund can be considered in accordance with applicable law.
11. AI-Generated Content
Witty Worx uses artificial intelligence to assist in generating recommendations, content, designs, research or other outputs.
AI-generated outputs can contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving material before publishing or relying upon it for consequential business decisions.
Witty Worx is a marketing-support service and does not guarantee specific sales, revenue, rankings, reach, engagement or other commercial outcomes.
Nothing in this clause removes Tash Digital's obligations under applicable consumer law.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
providing accurate account and business information;
providing information reasonably required for configuration;
keeping login details secure;
reviewing content before publication;
ensuring that material they provide may lawfully be used;
complying with applicable laws and platform policies; and
ensuring that their selected payment method remains valid.
13. Availability and Maintenance
Digital services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party infrastructure interruptions, technical failures or circumstances outside Tash Digital's reasonable control.
Reasonable efforts will be made to restore material service interruptions.
A temporary interruption does not automatically create a right to a full subscription refund, but statutory rights remain unaffected where the extent or duration of a service failure justifies a remedy.
14. Changes to the Service
All Tash Digital’s product offerings may evolve over time.
Features may be improved, replaced or modified provided that we do not unfairly remove a material part of a paid service without appropriate notice or remedy where one is legally required.
Material changes affecting subscription pricing or contractual obligations will be communicated before they take effect.
15. Payment Failure
If a recurring payment fails, we may:
retry the payment;
notify the customer;
temporarily restrict access; or
terminate the subscription if payment remains outstanding.
No customer will be charged for a subscription period after a cancellation has taken effect, subject to the 7-working-day billing cut-off described above.
16. Electronic Communications
You agree that notices, invoices, receipts, subscription confirmations, configuration communications, renewal information and other communications relating to the service may be delivered electronically.
Electronic records may be retained as evidence of the transaction and your acceptance of these Terms.
17. Consumer Rights
These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable South African law, including:
the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008; and
the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
Nothing contained in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
